Coach Riley Gilbow is entering her third year coaching club volleyball and brings a passion for player development, teamwork, and creating a positive competitive environment for athletes. Riley graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She played volleyball for eight years and has spent the past two years coaching, entering her third year in club volleyball.
Riley played for both Creek Wood High School and Dynamite Volleyball Club, competing as a libero, defensive specialist, setter, outside hitter, and right side. During college, she stayed involved in the sport through recreational volleyball, intramurals, and participating in a few tournaments with the Austin Peay State University Women’s Volleyball Club team.
Riley has coaching experience at both the club and high school levels, including serving as an Assistant Coach at Montgomery Central High School, where she led the JV program. She is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and grow both on and off the court.
Riley believes volleyball is more than just a sport—it is an opportunity to build teamwork, discipline, and lifelong connections while creating a love for the game.
