Jenn Overway

Jenn is entering her eighth season of coaching volleyball. She is passionate about developing confident, competitive athletes who excel both on and off the court. As the Head JV Volleyball Coach at West Creek High School, she brings a high-energy, growth-focused approach to every practice and competition. 

In the 2025-2026 season, Jenn was honored as C-Force’s Coach of the Year after leading her 14 Black team to two tournament championship titles. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and more than 15 certifications in strength and performance training, behavior change, and mindset development, I believe great athletes are built through skill, discipline, and mental toughness. 

As a Special Education teacher, she values meeting every athlete where they are, building meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where players are challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
