Shayla Smith

Shayla is a Clarksville native, graduate of West Creek High School and the Recruiting Director for the club. A four-year collegiate starter, she was a Co-Conference Champion, earned All-Freshman Team honors, was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection, and recorded over 1,000 career kills. She also serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at Kirkwood High School.

Passionate about developing the next generation of athletes, Shayla is dedicated to helping players grow both on and off the court. As Recruiting Director, she works closely with athletes and families by providing recruiting education, individualized guidance, highlight video development, and college recruiting support to help players find the best academic and athletic fit.

Outside of volleyball, Shayla is a proud mother to her daughter, Serayah.
