Sarah Rike

Sarah has been passionate about volleyball for most of her life. As a four-year varsity starter at Beaumont High School in California, the sport quickly became more than just a game—it became a lifelong passion that led her into coaching. She is entering her 17th year as a volleyball coach and her sixth season with C-Force Volleyball Club, where she is proud to be one of the club’s founders, serve as the Director of Coaching, and coach at the highest levels within the program.

Sarah began her coaching career at Beaumont High School before taking over the girls’ volleyball program as the Varsity Head Coach at Banning High School, where she led the program until relocating to Tennessee in 2021. During that time, she also coached multiple elite-level teams with Inland Valley Force Volleyball Club, Velocity Volleyball Club, and Beaumont Volleyball Club in California. Today, she serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at West Creek High School and is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the court through skill development, confidence, and a love for the game.

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Entertainment Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino. Outside of volleyball, she and her husband, Michael, own and operate Nutrishop in Clarksville. She is also a local Realtor with Evolve Real Estate, serving clients throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Together, Sarah and Michael have two children, Noah and Reagan.
